At Salty Crush, we want you to love your bohemian-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all full-priced items. If your new arrival isn't quite the perfect fit, we are happy to provide a store credit or exchange to help you find your dream style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Salty Crush tags still attached before placing them in secure packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 3-5 business days for you to use on your next purchase.
